Demand is cyclic and machine-specific
Bottle-blowing demand changes with cavity count, bottle volume, cycle rate, pre-blow pressure, final blow pressure and air-recovery design. Obtain the blow-molder supplier's normal and peak air consumption rather than estimating from motor power. A high-pressure receiver can buffer cyclic peaks, but it must be sized with allowable pressure swing and compressor control in mind.
The catalogue lists fixed-speed G models and GPV variable-frequency models. Several GPV rows contain two power entries or repeated merged-cell values. The website preserves them and requires confirmation in the quotation. Do not select by model code alone.
Treatment and safety
PET blowing needs dry, clean air to protect valves and bottle quality. Define pressure dew point at operating pressure, particle filtration, condensate drainage and any oil specification. Pressure equipment, piping and receivers must be rated for the maximum credible pressure and protected by correctly sized relief devices. The compressor room must manage heat rejection and service access.
This family compresses air. It is not an oxygen compressor and must not be repurposed for oxygen-rich gas.
