Maintenance framework

Build tasks around daily inspection, running hours, calendar time, condition data and statutory inspection. Track intake restriction, temperatures, water circuit condition, separator performance, cooling approach, electrical connections, alarms and safety devices. Trend compressor pressure and FAD with dryer condition, PSA cycle data, oxygen purity and oxygen flow. A drop in oxygen performance can originate in feed air, air treatment, adsorption, valves, analyzer or downstream distribution. Correlated data shortens diagnosis and prevents unnecessary compressor work.
