Conformity and pressure equipment
Pressure equipment in the Eurasian Economic Union can fall under TR CU 032/2013 on equipment operating under excessive pressure, with classification and conformity documentation determined by pressure, volume, fluid group and equipment type. The importer and conformity body should confirm the current route for the specific receiver, separator, piping and assembly.
Cold-climate design
Specify minimum outdoor and indoor temperatures, heated enclosure, winterization of drains and water circuits, low-temperature materials, lubricant/water startup procedure, space heating and transport storage limits. A water-lubricated package requires particular attention to freezing risk during shutdown and shipment.
Commercial screening
Always request the final general arrangement, wiring diagram, P&ID, pressure-equipment documents, performance statement, packing data and commissioning plan before shipment. The catalogue table is a starting point, not a conformity declaration.
For a medical oxygen project, clarify whether the compressor is feed air for a PSA/VPSA plant or medical air delivered to a patient pipeline. These are different duties. The machine must not be used to compress oxygen-rich gas without an explicitly engineered oxygen-service package.
